- No pets allowed.
- Bridal shower attracts 50,000 charge.
- No parties or loud gatherings allowed
- Do not stick anything to the wall or ceiling, doing so attracts a fine
- Check-in: 2 pm / Check-out: 11 am
- Payment of 75% guarantees reservation (applicable for bookings of more than one night)
- Late cancellations or no-show will be subjected to a cancellation fee equivalent to the 1st night rate
- Late check-out until 4 pm attracts 50% of the rate
- Smoking attracts a fine of ?150,000 or eviction without refund
Cancellation Policy:
- 7days notice required before check-in for full refund

Identification Requirements:
- International guests are required to present their international passport as a means of identification at check-in
- Nigerian citizens are required to present a government-issued ID
